Biddeford Riverwalk
Wayfinding, Signage, and Logo

The RiverWalk logo identifies the RiverWalk, a cantilevered pedestrian foot bridge that meanders along the shore of the Saco River in Biddeford’s Mill District.

We designed a pedestrian wayfinding map for visitors. The plan view map is always oriented in the direction the visitor is viewing the map. Local landmarks and streets are identified. In addition, we have provided a “Walk Circle” and a “You Are Here” designation with “Walking From Here” distance information for reference. The orientation map is also included as part of the sign that identifies the entrance to the RiverWalk.
